Four Season Property Maintenance

We fired Four Season Property Maintenance. During fall cleanup, the worker blew leaves from the backyard onto the pool cover. Even after seeing the evidence, the owner of the company tried to deny the fact saying that it’s hard to keep a “few” leaves from going on the cover. I explained that we had a mesh pool cover so leaves do not collect in a pocket. The owner refused to listen and became very belligerent. These few leaves required six packed, 45-gallon garbage pails to carry out. We were never very impressed with Four Season Property Maintenance anyway. They are very expensive compared to previous vendors. The company did a fair job of trimming bushes although they left two rose bushes severely over trimmed compared to two other bushes. After a year of lawn treatments, the front lawn looks horrible, much worse than when they started.
