We can provide one very significant "don't:"--- DON'T even CONSIDER doing business with this company or any of the many other LLCs that start up business each time the owner closes one down. Stay away from Joseph Janas, his relatives, and any associates who operate business under any name (A & J Contracting is a more recent one). He will take your money and disappear; he will leave jobs undone and then demand more money to come back and rectify things. Do yourself a big favor and run in the other direction if you come into contact with any business operated by this man or his relatives.
