I wouldn't hire this company to clean my gutters, let alone install them. I had to have my gutters replaced after having my roof replaced after hurricane Sandy. I was given this company's name from my roofing contractor. He told me at the time that he knew nothing personally about the quality of their work but had heard from some of his other clients that thay had used them and he hadn't heard anything negative so I figured I's give them a shot. I called them and they came the next day. They called me at work from my house, I asked about thier installation practices and I was satisfied with their answers and the price seemed fair enough so I told them to go ahead and do the installation. When I got home I did a quick visual inspection of the gutters and everything looked to be OK.
Spring came and so did the rain, and time to do a closer inspection of my new roof and gutters. The very first thing I noticed was that the gutters along the higher roof of the house extension did not have an end on the sidestoward the house thereby letting the water drain from the higher gutters directly onto the roof and then dumping into the lower gutters. On one of the gutters there was an end but the gutter had a hole for a downspout in the bottom of the gutter thereby letting the water empty directly onto the lower roof. As I found out, this is a practice that may pass a minimum code inspection but is not advised as the roof area onto which the water empties will wear faster due to erosion. It is not a recommended practice by ANY shingle manufacturer and may in fact void the shingle warranty. From what I have seen on the internet, most home inspectors will flag it as a potential future problem. The proper solution is to have downspouts feeding the water run off from the upper gutters to lower gutters and not just draining onto a lower roof.
The second problem I was having was that the gutter on the front of the house was pitched the wrong way and would not drain. When it rained, the water would overflow over the front of the gutter. I had issues that needed to be resolved.
Dozens of phone calls were made with dozens of voice mails left resulting in seven direct contacts which led to seven scheduled appointments for them to come and look at the problems. That led to seven missed appointmets by them with ZERO calls from them to say they were not coming.
At this point I have given up trying to get them to come and do the right thing and stand behind their work. I get the feeling that as soon as the check cleared, responsibility ended. I will now have to hire someone else to come and fix their mistakes. I will send them the bill but I fully expect it to be ignored, let alone hope for reimbursement. My only other option beyond that will be to take them to small claims court to try to re-coup my expences.

East coast custom gutters arrived early of the agreed time and tore down all my old gutters. They then installed beautiful new seamless gutters and downspouts. I was originally going to have them install screen leaf guards but the price quoted for their lifetime guaranteed guards seemed more then fair, so I had them installed instead. The guys who came could not have been more professional and courteous. The work was performed excellently. I would happily use them again and recommend them to anybody.

I generally am able to do this work, but needed help with a second story gutter which was detached at one end and completely clogged with pine needles. I received an estimate via telephone for cleaning the upper level gutters and repairing this problem. Rob came on time with 1 other person and not only cleaned the upper, but all gutters and attached all where needed. I would definitely use this company again and plan on doing some trim work in the near future.

They arrived and replaced the nails that came out and reset all of the other nails on both the front and back of the house. Both were very professional and i would recommend them to anyone looking for any gutter work.

They arrived at the agreed time. They installed the protectors in about two hours. I asked them about a problem with a spot on the roof that was leaking behind the gutter. They said no problem, and put flashing under the shingle, and that stopped the water from getting behind the gutter. They did this after they gave me the price for the job. There was no charge for this extra service. I think that they are an excellent company.

I received an estimate from Custom Gutters and the next day they did the work. They did a great job. The owner even contacted me to make sure I was happy with the work and to let him know if there anything I wasn't happy with so they could fix it.
I mentioned to them that another company installed gutters on my chicken coop but the door wasn't opening properly. They fixed it for no charge. This company is all about customer service and I would highly recommend them for any gutter work.

AFTER A SEVERE RAINSTORM THURSDAY NIGHT, I NEEDED TO SECURE THE BACK GUTTER THAT RAN THE LENGTH OF THE HOUSE. THE OWNER (TOM) RETURNED MY CALL QUICKLY ON FRIDAY AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE AFTER I DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM TO HIM. MONDAY MORNING, GARRETT ARRIVED TO INSPECT THE GUTTER AND MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS BY INSTALLING SCREW-IN BRACKETS AND HAMMERING THE SPIKES BACK IN, AS THEY HAD POPPED OUT. HE ALSO MADE SURE THE FRONT AND BACK GUTTERS WERE CLEAN AND UNOBSTRUCTED. THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE IS WHAT I PAID. THE FRIENDLY AND PATIENT MANNER WITH WHICH I WAS TREATED BY BOTH TOM AND GARRETT WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I received an estimate the day I called. A worker installed one white gutter and beige gutter extensions over stones/mulch in garden. I could not inspect that day. I called a couple days later and said I would prefer all white. Without question the gutter extensions were replaced with white in a very timely manner. I plan to use company again for a gutter repair.
