"We provided a sprinkler winterization service for this client each season for several seasons, as we did in the fall 2011 on 11/2/2011 at 9:21am, however the client refused to pay us that year stating she had another company perform the service, after I personally already did it. (they ripped her off, because it was done already, but I imagine she paid them) She was the last client we had in the neighborhood she was living in and since she did not pay her bill we send a letter that we would not be servicing her area any more. We haven't even pursued collections for the unpaid bill and I feel we went above and beyond when we provided service for her, I even cleaned out her dryer vent while winterizing her sprinklers one fall because it had a burning smell, at no charge. I considered them friends and was hurt when she wouldn't pay for a service she asked for and I personally did for them. I'm even more hurt that they feel the need to badmouth my company when I have been nothing but nice to them. I'm very proud of my company and what we do and how we do it. I'm sorry if you didn't get the letter, in the future I will send things like that via certified mail. We did a spring clean up on 3/22/2012. and then sent the letter the next month in April because she refused to pay for the winterization from the previous season, and we didn't have any clients close to her, we would no longer be providing maintenance service to her or her neighborhood. The last time we did any work for her was 3/22/2012, I assumed after receiving the letter she hired someone else or possibly sold her house, why now would you write this?"
