I had provided a transponder key to be cut and programmed, and with or without the key blank, downs price was far superior to all other ford dealers called. had to drop off the vehicle for the procedure and they were done in a timely manner. nice people although I have only been there once.

I bought a truck from the dealership, which was a fine experience, and on my way home the brake light on the dashboard came on. I called the salesperson, who called me back very quickly, and he said they'd take care of it. I took my truck in and they said they fixed it. There was a loose wire behind the dashboard. They never gave me paperwork on the repair. A few days later the light reappeared. I live a ways from the dealership and never got back there for them to fix it. Without the paperwork it is hard for me to claim that the original issue was never fixed. It is more my fault for not following up. Based on their service, I suspect that they would have attempted to fix it again.
