First guy who came didn't know anything left me hanging in a 95 degree home with pets. Called him back. Told me he was very busy and wouldn't be able to return until 1 am. Needless to say never showed or called. Had to be up for work by 6 am was up all night. Next day service didn't really want to hear it. Again told me another service man would be out between 3-7. The individual showed up at 9pm. No phone call just pulled up. Very unprofessional

The crew came out & were on time. They worked non stop without breaking for lunch. They finished bout 1/2 hr. sooner then expected. I was happy with the work. They had to take the trim off the attic opening & in the end when they replaced the trim they did a lousy job covering the finishing nails. But the company was excellent in helping to fix the problem. They sent someone to my house. He did an excellent job replacing the trim. I had another little issue. 6 months later, in winter, I had some water on my floor right under the vent. I called them & again excellent customer support, the girl was willing to send someone same day to me, unfortunately I had other plans so we made it for the next morning. The tech came to me early. He found that the problem was the insulation was not put back around the box in the attic that leads to the vent & there was condensation from me heating house & attic being cooler. He fixed the insulation. We'll see if that resolved the issue.
So sum things up I am very happy with customer support. I of course would have preferred not having any problems, but if you have to have problems, I'm thankful they are so helpful in resolving them. Very professional.

I was put off by the amount just for the service call---$175---, but I needed hot water. The technician was courteous, punctual and efficient.

He installed both filters and also sealed all of our duct work on the basement unit (the older one). It was a very time consuming process, but he did it efficiently.

They arrived promptly as scheduled at 9am. The crew included up to three trucks and six men during the course of the day. They removed the old air handler and ductwork from the attic and the condensing unit from outside. All refrigerent was recovered into the old condensing unit for remote reclaimation later. The attic ladder was removed and reinstalled to facilitate installation of the new, bigger air handler in attic. They were careful to capture ceiling debris when cutting new openings for registers. A new digital thermostat was installed in living space. The new condensing unit was installed on a new foundation and new line set installed between condensing unit and air handler. After installation, startup checks were performed and air temperatures/flows were checked from each register. They were good in checking the inside and outside of the house for any debris which was picked up at the end of the job. I had to remind them to re-install the attic steps before they left. They were complete at about 6:30.
All considered it was a very nice installation job.
The only problem I have to report is that they overcharged the unit. During a heat wave a few weeks later, I noticed the outside unit was short cycling on/off. I was afraid it had a leak and was cycling on low pressure. I called them for service and they arrived within the hour. Turns out they overcharged it during installation and removed some of the charge so it would not cycle on the high switch anymore. Since that time it has worked well with no other issues.
All considered it was a very nice installation job.

I am satisfied with them. I had some trouble with the water heater filter and they were able to take care of it, even though they stop selling that brand. With the after hours number, you have to leave a message and some one gets back to you, I am not too fond of this. I would rather have someone answer.

They did a very good job. The only bad thing is if you call after hours, you can't leave a message unless it is an emergency.
