So far they have been very good to us. We've only had it for a little while. So far it works well. I'ts kind of hard to rate something when you haven't used it very much. It's like buying a car, driving it home and telling everyone how great it is. It smells good but what else do you know about it? They keep they're appointments at the scheduled time, so their responsiveness is good. We've only used them for less than a year. Right now they got the new unit in there. It is warrantied by them. The service, I'll go back to them because it doesn't cost me any extra. They've taken care of everything that needs taken care of.

There was no cost. They responded when I've had any kind of situation with it. They are good. When they set a date to come they come. They come here on time. They clean up after themselves. I mean what else could you say. They were very courteous, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable from the guy giving us the estimate to the ones that were just here fixing a little problem. I didn't pay anything. The guys come out, what was wrong with it was very minor. He just fixed it and left. That right there sort of sets a good tone for the company. They didn't charge me a $60.00 or $80.00 fee for coming and and doing something very simple.

I use him every year. He's coming again next week. He's always an A.

It went surprisingly smoothly (at least from my end; they were able to cope readily with some unexpected difficulties they encountered). Although their price was definitely not among the cheapest of the bids I obtained, they offered high-quality components (which I was looking for) at an acceptable price. Their installation people were pleasant, co-operative, and competent. All-in-all, a better experience than I had anticipated.

4 guys came to my home & went right to work.  they installed a larger unit.  It took bout 6 hrs.  I gave a "B" in responsiveness because I had to wait 5 weeks for the appointment.   the a/c is working great & the office staff are very nice.

Found problem within minutes.

Furnace back to full operation.

Our upstairs air conditioning went out on Sunday night of a warm Labor Day weekend, called D.K. Sledzik (Angie's list, saw they were local, had emergency service and rated A) emergency number and got through on a Labor Day Monday, receptionist took my name and paged the worker on call. Within the hour he called back and I explained the issue, he said he could fix it. He arrived 30 min after initial call and made the necessary repairs to the outside AC unit. The technician was v ery polite, professional and quick, we were up and running in no time. Because it was labor day, I knew it was going to be a bit more pricey.,

Worker arrived on time, was courteous, professional, inspected AC system thoroughly. Made repairs as required. Cost was as expected but not anything outrageous. I have found this company in the past to be prompt, courteous, and thorough. They would be my first choice for HVAC work in the future.

We call Dk Sledzik Heating And Air Conditioning Inc. if we have problems with our air conditioning system and they come out immediately to fix it. There's never a long wait. I never have a problem with them. They're always reliable. I like all the techs they send out. I never feel uncomfortable. Their responsiveness is excellent. I've used them for about seven or eight years now and I'll continue to use them.

Furnace was not firing. Fixed the furnace in under an hour.

No details needed.  It went fine and the system is great.

They have several customer service reps in the office and they're all very nice. They're very lovely ladies with whom to work. My furnace went out. They were here in like four hours, repaired my furnace and I was up and running and in business again. I have the service contract, so it didn't cost anything. This company also has a small motors division. They also install overhead light fixtures and ceiling fans.

I am on a yearly contract with them and it costs about $90 yearly. They are responsive and come within 24 hours. Everything is basically covered in their contract.

The guys from D. K. Sledzik Heating and Air Conditioning came out and do what they have to do to have it up and running. We paid them and if we need them between now and then, they will come out and won't charge us a penny.

Sledzik D K Heating and Air Conditioning came exactly on time and got the work done very quickly and efficiently. You would never know they had been there because they cleaned up so well. They were totally professional and there were no surprises.
