"Homeowners could not make any decisions. One hated the bath selections that the other one made. The exterior wall of the house and floor beams were beyond repair they were so rotted. Which in my contract was stated that hidden damage would be extra. They approved repairs up front. They had me add size of bath into a closet and signed a change order increasing price. They hired my employee on the side to do work. I fired employee and told them to let him finish work. I lost money as job was 99% complete. I also repaired a list of items including a huge dip in the kitchen floor that required footings and a girder installed. It took customer two weeks to pick vanity and an exhaust fan. The shower base was in for two weeks and they called and said the boy friend really didn't like it could we change it. There was no making these people happy. After they hired my employee to do other work they still wanted me to complete custom shower door in bath, which they were not charged for. The original price of bath was discounted if they did another bath by me within a year and I didn't add size to the bathroom. I have all paperwork and bills providing all the work that was done. Beware any contractors bidding on job for them. They are very nice up front and very agreeable, but they are not nice people at all. I was happy they gave me an excuse by hiring employee to leave job. I never claimed I was a plumber at any point. Some people hear what they want to hear. I have been in business for 33 years and have never had an issue with customers until this couple hired me. I am sorry they were not happy. but as she noted they fired there first contractor before me. Some people can't be satisfied."
