+ 0 moreI had a very good experience with Creative Concepts. I would give him all A's because he's been fantastic across the board. He's my go-to guy.
Description of Work: He painted the whole house, and he also replaced the fascias, the things that the gutters nail into. When they put them in they used a composite material. The house is like 40 years old and the composite material was breaking down, so he replaced all the fascias with wood so all the nails would stay in. He did the painting and checked to make sure that the siding was in good shape, and then he replaced these things so the gutters and trim wouldn't fall off in the high wind.

Description of Work: They completely redid my bathroom. Everything was replaced, the walls and everything else. They did a fantastic job I would certainly use them again.

He is excellent, he does really good tile work, he lets you know upfront what it's going to be and tells you how much you could do and if you pick out stuff it's a little more expensive, it's going to increase the basic cost by extra few dollars so he really works with you to get the things go your way. He was very good, very thorough, very clean, and didn't really make a mess. He works with you, I told them that I wanted the whole bathroom ripped out to the studs and redone and he gave me a basic figure and then he told to me to get in and tell him what I want, and then he filled in the other things that I really didn't know about. He's very good at design and picturing what things should look like when they're finished. I'm going do another room over so I'm going to have him come in and do that.
Description of Work: Creative Concepts came out and made a complete redo of my bathroom a year ago. Alan Pistol is the contractor.

+ 3 moreNot a good experience. He said we had not paid as an excuse for an employee not to be needed that day. He was always paid on time or early.
Description of Work: We started out with a bathroom remodel,and some touch up trim and paint work left by previous poor contractor. The original project was $5800 for bathroom and $1200 for handyman work. The project ended at $20,000 paid in full. Stick with the project the contractor was hired for. Check all credentials. Review all paperwork and permits. ( We failed plumbing inspection 3 times and electric inspection once) "Get References and make sure you call them view previous work"
