Sam was quick to respond to my message. We scheduled a date for him to come do the work and very understanding when we had to change the date due to baby birds in a nest by one of our windows. Sam is awesome! My house, deck and concrete have been slightly neglected however, after Sam was through, it now looks amazing!!! He was on time and wanted everything perfect for me.
