Went well but I hate to get the best deal as a customer you have to tell them you are leaving and going to another provider. Loyalty isn't awarded to customers who stick with a provider.

We like them very much. We like almost everything except when the cable TV is out, and we do not like them at all especially if it is weather related.

We've been using them for three years. We don't think the price is that great but we are kind of stuck. They are fairly responsive. They are punctual if they are using their own staff. Sometimes they farm it out and that experience has been terrible.

They are okay and they respond a bit slowly . We call and they could usually come out 4 days after to check with the problem.
