Christian Pools installed a new Pool Liner for our Campground. It's a big Liner for a commercial pool...50 by 35.The very next day after the installation was completed, wrinkles started appearing in the Liner all over the pool. We asked Christian to honor the 5 year warranty but he refused saying that it must have been vandalism. Christian Pools warranty means nothing. We did go to Court but the Judge basically let the pool company off the warranty.

I went to the store 3 times in the fall to report issues with my newly installed liner. Never received a call back. In the spring I went to the store 3 more times, set up appointments in writing and no one ever showed up, nor called. This happened twice! I finally demanded to speak with owner. First he said no one ever told him of the calls in the fall nor the spring. Then he tells my wife "good customers buy" implying I don't buy from him. The liner cost me $3700 and the sand for my filter was another $375.Up until now I purchased all of my supplies from Christian pools.

They are very reliable. I live pretty far away from them but they came and built my pool so I just keep with them. They do charge me a little more but it is quite a commute.
