Was personable and professional. Installed chimney as outlined in the contract and also identified another problem in the house, and offered to fix it without pressuring me. The wall behind the woodburning stove had wood shelves that might keep the chimney from passing inspection (fire hazzard). He took out the shelves and added brick to the existing brick wall and you couldn't tell the shelves were ever there. Everything passed inspection with no problem.

This project could not have gone any better! Frank Casalino was extremely professional, courteous and punctual; and took the time to answer all questions, of which I had many. In fact, Frank had been out to give me an estimate in August 2012, however I did not contact him until to do the work until August 2013. Additionally, he gave me the same estimated price from August 2012! Pictures speak a thousand words and I cannot tell you how awesome my chimney looks! It's a work of art! I strongly recommend Frank Casalino with Chimney's Etc. in Toms River, NJ.

Several delays due to weather, but I was kept informed and work was done as promptly as possible . very professional , great workmanship. I have recommended this company to neighbors already and they are impressed with the work done to my home.

We had them come clean our chimney after buying a house. Their pricing was in line with other companies. He found a couple issues - firebox floor needed high temp cement in a couple areas and they needed to apply "crown coat" at tope of chimney, but said he would have to come back out. I was quoted $390, which sounded high to me.
I decided to have Toms River Chimney come out to look at my chimney a couple days later and they did "similar" work for $170.
Also, I was supposed to have an inspection report emailed to me in 3-5 days but still waiting.
