Do not use this service. Canceled a trip and it was like pulling teeth to get a refund. Owner even responded with insulting comments. He would rather fight with his customers than do the right thing. Not a nice person. No wonder why his own drivers have nothing good to say about him. The owners name is Shawn. He thinks it’s his job to teach you a lesson. The problem is that he does not know how to run a business nor give any remote type of customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay far a from him. Bad news.

Perfectly. They were very punctual, professional and courteous. Arrived a few minutes early, helped with luggage, had water available for our use in the vehicle. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I had two different drivers for the return trip and the departing trip. Both were courteous, friendly and professional. They were timely and communication prior to the service was expedient and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I booked my ride about 6 weeks in advance and spoke with John. He immediately emailed me a copy of the contract. I did confirm again a few days ahead. Ben arrived 10 minutes early to pick us up for the drive to the airport. The car was roomy, spacious and clean. Ben took our luggage from the house and placed it in the trunk for us. He was very professional, yet very personable and enjoyable to talk to. The ride was comfortable, it was a very warm day and the car temperature was cool and very comfortable. We arrived at the airport without incident.
On our return trip, Ben was stuck in traffic so we did have to wait a few minutes but it was not a big deal. There had been a car accident and we did see the remnants of it when we passed by on the way home. Again, the car was clean and comfortable Ben offered to bring our bags in to the house. I will absolutely use this company again.
