Carters heating and cooling was at my mothers house to do maintenance. Since then absolutely no one has been in her attic. Today found the attic stairs broken. She called and a person called back and said that they were the owner and that it’s not their problem because she can’t prove it. SHES 80 YRS OLD. HOW THE H*** CAN SHE PROVE IT! Just a warning for those of you I. The area that have elderly parents or any connection with Carters heating and cooling….. BEWARE!!!!!

Carters had great prices, friendly reliable staff and installed my air conditioning unit with no problems or mess at all.
