I highly recommend. After interviewing 4 companies, I was impressed with BC Express to install central air conditioning (including duct work) in my home. I was not disappointed. Not only was their price reasonable, they were prompt, courteous, and their work was done competently and in a timely manner. I would definitely hire BC Express to do any other work in my home.

BC Express has been very professional, but easy to work with. Brett and Mike ably handled the replacement of our A/C system, furnace, hot water heater and flex ducts. Brett handled any questions and concerns with ease and respect, making sure that we were satisfied with our new system and how it works.

Our system was installed, but has not cooled effectively since installation. We are currently working to resolve the issue and have had 3 visits from BC Express, and they still cannot determine why the new install is not functioning. I've waited at my house twice for people to show up to continue repairing the system and twice they never showed. It's very unprofessional to take $8000 for a system that isn't functioning properly (typically only cools to 77-80F in the house), and then not follow through on making the system operational.

We were interested in converting from oil to gas, and BC Express made us aware of all of our options.  We opted for the energy audit.  So long as a certain energy savings could be accomplished, we would qualify for a $10,000 loan at 0% interest, and get $5000 in manufacturer rebates.  They installed top of the line Carrier units, an electronic thermostat,  and added insulation throughout the house where needed.  Inspectors from the town and from NJNG came to inspect the work and were satisfied.  The employees were  professional, and tried to avoid tracking dirt throughout the house.  They answered all questions and returned to fix a small problem with a fan.  The office staff kept on top of all of the rebate applications and inspections.  We were very satisfied. Our gas, electric and loan payments total less than what we used to pay for oil and electric.

THEY CLEANED UP PERFECTLY. THEY WRE IN AND OUT ON SCHEDULE AND TOPOK CATRE OF ALL THE PERMITS AND PAPER WORK, THE PLUMBING INSPECTOR TOLD HE THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB., HE SAID THAT HE RARELY SEES WORK DONE AS WELL AS BC EXPRESS DID. SINCE THEN I CZALLED THEM TO WORK ON OUR A/C SYSTEM, WHICH THEY DID NOT INSTALL

BC EXPRESS IS AS CLOSE TO PERFECTION AS ANY CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER WORKE FOR.

They did a beautiful job, very neat done on time guys were very nice. But not even 3 years later the hot water heater went and they wanted nothing to do with it gave us the run around. Called the manufacture of the unit to find someone to replace it they said BC Express. We told them we tried but they told us they only install they don't replace under warranty we had to find someone else. The manufacturer was a bit surprised by this.........
We thought we found a great Hvac company I guess we were wrong.......

They were absolutely wonderful. It was a big job. They were very timely and polite. They did neat work. When the inspector came the inspector asked me who did it because he said he hasn't seen such nice work in a very long time. The people who I worked with were wonderful. Someone who I trust very much recommended them before I even started looking at Angie's List so I don't know how the price was. I lost my husband and I just needed to get it done so I went with this company so I don't know how the price was. It may have been fair or may have been not fair but I do know that I did have a little trouble this past week with the furnace on Sunday, it went off and apparently it was some little leak in the wire. I called and they were here on Sunday in twenty minutes. I would use them if I needed anything and I would recommend them.

The entire process was great. Had the salesman walk around the home, understand our concerns (i.e. warm/cold spots like master bedroom above garage), desire to save on energy bills, and be proactive with a 17 year old original system. He made initial recommendations on what would be needed to quality for the maximum rebate for the Home Energy Audit program. After considering two other contractors, I went with them because of recommendation from someone that went through the program with them, and the price was in the middle of the pack (not good to go too low or too).
The whole funding, approvals, and installation scheduling was fairly straightforward and painless. The installation was done in two days and the air sealing on day three. The team working on the installations did a great job, paid attention to the details, clean, answered my questions, etc.
Overall, happy with the decision to use them, the equipment recommended, and the use of the Home Energy Audit program. I just hope the results show in the comfort of the home and the lower energy bills.

From scheduling to completion of the NJ Home Performance promotion through NJ Clean Energy program, they were on top of everything. The two ladies who schedules, answers phones/questions, and does all the paperwork are amazing. They truly are the backbone of this company. They made everything easy for me.
I had BC Express do the air sealing, install attic door dome, remove/install HE furnace, remove/install HE a/c, and remove/install hot water heater. All of my old systems were original and needed replacement. So I took advantage of the state program and rebates since I'm not sure if it'll be back again next year.
BC Express took care of all the paperwork to get my rebates from the state and the rebates came so quickly.
I can't tell you how easy everything was. The only thing I can't say yet is how good the system is since we had a pretty mild summer and we haven't hit the cold winter months yet. But so far, so good.
