Once a date was set, B&M personnel arrived on time and with equipment needed to do the work. Work was done quite quickly and efficiently. A chipper was used to reduce the trees and cuttings, so cleanup was excellent. Very professional group.

Mark returned my call same day and then returned my call again the next day because he hadn't heard back from me - amazing!  He made arrangements to come to my home to give me an estimate for removal of two medium sized trees in my yard.  I agreed to the price and within a couple days, the trees were gone and the mess was gone as well.  Excellent job and he even helped me put together an awning that I was having trouble with.  Professional appearance, pleasant personality and the work was excellent! I would recommend this company to anyone and will use this service again in the future.  Thank you Mark!

I had contacted Mark from B and M Tree Service for an estimate. Mark came over as scheduled and was very professional and courteous. We discussed the job and he gave me a very fair estimate. I had B and M do the job. We scheduled a date and a time and they showed up right on time. His crew was great, they came in did the job as stated. Everything was done to perfection and the clean up was great. it was like they were never there. I am going to use Mark and B and M again and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great Job..

Called them and we schedule an appointment for today for them to come out and look at the large dead oak tree I needed removed. They did not show up - they did not call me. Totally unacceptable!!

To simply go on Angies List and remark negatively without attempting to communicate first is rather harsh. I did in fact leave you a voicemail once I learned about missing the appointment through your post and have yet to receive a return call. Many of the other comments on Angies List point out my ability to keep appointments, return calls promptly, and of course the many positive reflections on the good quality of work at a fair price. Once again I am sorry for missing the appointment however it is disconcerting that we could not communicate about this prior to your post. Mark B&M Tree Service"

Mark came to give me an estimate soon after I contacted him. The estimate was very fair based on other estimates I had received. He was willing to schedule the appointment based on my work schedule. On the day of the appointment, everyone arrived promptly in the morning, cheerful and courteous. They set to work right away and cleared the trees and brush, leaving the area cleaned.
I highly recommend this company and will use again if I need their services.

Returned phone call within 1 hour of calling him for an estimate. He came to the house when he said he would, gave a written estimate and said he would be back on a certain date. When he arrived he and his crew went right to work and everything was done within two hours. The price he gave me was VERY reasonable.
would certainly use this company again and I would give him and his work the highest recommendation.

They called me up within the 3 weeks to tell me they would be there in the afternoon . They appeared ,with all their equipment , and within 3 hours had removed the tree used a chipper on the tree branches , cut the the tree trunk in segments , loaded them on the trucks , ground the tree stump and another stump not on the list at no additonal cost . clean up the area , all with in the estamated cost and where the most profesanal team in every way . If there was a higher rating they would have earned that .

I called to get an estimate and Mark called back immediatley. He was the only one of four providers that called back promptly. He came out provided us with a written estimate and told us he would call the following week to schedule the work. He did just that and our work was scheduled for June 8th between 10-2. A crew of four came out and performed the work as was described within the work order and did an excellent job. Cleanup was impressive too! I would use Band M again and would reccommend to anyone who needs tree service.

On Tuesday morning after tropical storm Sandy I found that a large (about 40 ft. tall) oak in the middle of my backyard was leaning and the roots were pulling up from the ground. I had used Band M Tree Service just the week before to remove another tree so I called to see if they could help me again. I explained what was happening and they came right over, they were here within the hour. Jamie explained to me that, because they were so busy due to the storm, he could not remove firewood (the main trunk of the tree) but he would cut down the tree, chip the branches, and cut the trunk into 'firewood length' pieces. In spite of some windy conditions that still existed the crew (5 men) took about an hour to take down the tree and cut up the wood which they stacked in the corner of my yard. I am very happy with their service and very grateful that they came so quickly in this emergency situation.

I found indications of a carpenter ant infestation in an old cherry tree and decided to have it removed. I called 2 tree services for estimates. The first place I called has never returned my call, Band M tree returned my call the same day and came to give me an estimate the next morning. I called him back later in the day to tell him I wanted him to do the work (since the first guy still hadn't called back) We made a date to do the work the following week (it was a non-emergency and I had called on Thursday).
They (4 guys, including the one who came to do the estimate) came on the day scheduled, right on time, and got to work, It took several hours to take down the tree and cut up the trunk, chip all of the branches, load up the firewood and clean up my yard.
The crew worked efficiently, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with their work.

Band M were cutting down a large elm type tree around the corner from where I live. I checked them out on Angie's list and found that they didn't have a good rating. It looked like the poor report was a problem with not a problem with their work , but it looked like a communications problem. I decided to at least get an estimate. The foreman walked back to my home and looked at the trees I wanted removed. He gave me a great price, and said he could do the work immediately. I gave them the ok, and they came in about 2 min
to start the work. They cut everything down, ran it through the shredder cleaned and everything up. I was very happy with their work would not hesitate to use their service on the future.

Here's another unprofessional buisness. I had him give me an estimate for tree removal after i already had a bad experince with one tree company. I was scheduled to have the tree taken down but then the hurricane came through and interupted the plans. No big deal except I waited over a month for this guy to come and after about 3 different dates of telling me when he's coming and me and having to call him instead of him calling me, he has his wife call me on a sunday night before he was supposed to come do the job to tell me that their climber doesn't fell comfortable doing the job because the tree was in my driveway. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I knew anyone with a bucket truck because they didn't have one!!! This is the same guy that stood in my driveway and told me there would be no issues and even called out the first company I dealt with and said they probably didnt show up because they didn't know how to bring it down. And then he does the same thing!! I asked his wife to have him call me back right away and even left him 3 voice mails that night and to this day, I sill haven't heard from him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The good news is I did finally find a professional an reliable business to take down the tree and they will be reviewed on here as well. Look up All season tree service.
