As an authorized repair center for my Cerwin-Vega subwoofer, I brought the driver in for repair. They requested a deposit and they said the total charge would be $300 to recone the woofer. I thought the price was a little high, but I gave them the OK. A month later I called, and they said they parts were on back order. I called back in another month, and they said the same thing. After another month they said they got the parts and were working on it. To make a long story short, I finally got my speaker back after ONE YEAR, and after submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The speaker worked for only one month after it was fixed. I sent it to a specialty speaker recone place in Florida, paid again for service, and it's worked fine ever since! Bottom line - AVOID AZOOM TV!!
