Thursday, 5/10, the company installed a system. Finished mid-afternoon & left w/o trying it out. Tenant called 2 hrs. later frantic that something was wrong w/ the water. Tenants lost all water pressure by 5 pm. Six calls to AquaTech on the 11th went unanswered. On the 12th the installer came out in afternoon & tried to restore pressure but could not. Trickle on cold but nothing on hot or toilets. In-line filters I previously installed on lines from well to house lines were filled w/ sandy stuff. On the 13th I called plumbers & found someone who could help. He worked from 7:30 pm Sunday, until 2:20 pm TUESDAY to pull resin from the lines & restore water flow. He had to replace all faucets, valves & toilet mechanics which were torn up by resin. Problem? System installed BACKWARDS pumped resin into the fresh water lines.
