I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. When I first got the quote, I was given a reasonable price, but when it came time to pay, they charged me double what was quoted. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. To make matters worse, they claimed that 7 women were working on the job, but in reality, only 5 showed up. The cleaning itself was just okay—not worth the inflated price they charged. The final straw was the receptionist's attitude. She was extremely rude when I called to discuss the billing discrepancy. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, this experience was a huge letdown, and I definitely won’t be using their services again.

"Ms. [Member Name Removed], I'm really sorry that you feel this way about our company. It is absolutely not the basis of how we run our company. I personally spoke with you and explained that over the phone it is very hard to give an exact figure. However, we did go over how the billing works and I explained that if when the crew arrived we thought we would need more time we would let you know. I called you personally to let you know that the crew advised us that the walls would need to be cleaned and that all surfaces had a heavy build up. Your response was that you knew that and to please take care of it that it needed to be done. So we did. As for the additional 3 that were dropped off to help them finish I'm not sure how you didn't notice because when you went back to check on how everything was going they were there. I apologize if you felt Stacy was being rude, what I witnessed was here explaining the breakdown of the time spent and the number of crew members to help you understand the bill and you stating the job was excellent. That the problem was the bill. I did everything in my power by informing you of the extra time necessary. I'm not sure what else you would of liked me to do. I would like to make this right for you. If you would llke please call the office"

Did a thorough job and were always punctual at a good price. Were responsive when needed add'l cleaning done or needed to change the date.

We used Always Immaculate twice after meeting their dynamic saleswoman, Sally Torres.
After the first cleaning, the house was in good shape except the cleaners had left dark scratches on our new bedroom night table. I complained to Ashley and Sally who apologized and said she'd talk to the cleaners. After it happened a second time, I promptly fired the service because in my opinion, anyone who doesn't care about damaging our things even after being told not to (or admitting it after the furniture was damaged) probably will damage more things given the chance.

She was so impressed with them. They moved everything and put it back. She was very comfortable with them. I was also very comfortable with them, as my mother is elderly. I had the same guy twice. His name is Thomas. He had come to my house both times, and he was really good, and very nice. I was comfortable enough to send them over to my moms, and not having to be there. They moved her patio furniture, and washed it as well. She called me right away, and said they had done a great job, and she was happy with it. It looks great, because she had never had it done. She was very happy.

The windows were tough, and I just couldn't do them, so they came in and did a great job. They worked around a mother duck, whose babies had just hatched, and she was trying to get them to the lagoon. They were very good about working with her, until she got her ducklings in the window. They were quick, and the windows look great. The pricing was reasonable. They know what they are doing, and they have it down pretty good.

I got them out of Angie's List, and I got a discount for being an Angie's List member. I was so impressed, I used them 3 times. I hadn't had the house power washed since Sandy, and it was a mess. They did a great job. They did a great job, and they were in and out. They were professional. When I was trying to move things, they were like don't move that.

They do a good job cleaning, but they have cancelled on us in the past. You're still expected to pay in full for the service even if they aren't there the entire time, or if they are late. In addition, they may schedule 4 people to come and clean for 1.5 hours, but send just 3 people and clean for an hour, yet charge the price for 1.5 hours. It is because all of this we don't feel we can deal with them anymore. There are consistent discrepancies in their billing.

The ladies that came were very nice but spoke little English. I had to call the office a few time because of things I didn't like. They would clean the floors just prior to walking out the door - which was fine except they would roll up my rugs, wash the floors and leave them soaking wet. The rolled up rugs would absorb the water and be totally wet. I called the office to ask to have them please dry the floors prior to leaving and unroll the rugs so I could bring guests home and not walk into the house with a bunch of rolled up rugs. They even left the hardwood floors soaking wet. After my call, they stopped rolling up the rugs but continued to leave the floors wet - they just laid the rugs back down on the wet floors.
Another issue was that they broke things. I paid extra for blinds to be cleaned but had to finally discontinue that service because they were always breaking them. They also broke items here and there, most of which wern't valuable but it just got annoying.
We had some wall prep and painting done in our house and about 2 weeks after the ladies came to clean, we received a bill for $200 for the and quot;extra time it took to clean our house due to contruction dustand quot;. My husband called the office to inquire about the bill - it was an extra $200 on top of what we had already paid them for the 2hr house cleaning. He expected them to negotiate down to half that considering the fact that the sanding dust really was not that bad, we had been good customers for a couple of years and our house was probably the easiest one they had to clean considering it's just the 2 of us. They refused and we dropped them.

Overall it was OK. The guy's wife incorrectly estimated the job and we ended up paying about twice the estimate. I don't suspect foul play, just that the wife didn't know what she was doing. I thought the price was a little high for the type job performed.
