We didn't deal with Allan directly when we first designed the house, our contractor did. But since then, we have fired our contractor and worked directly with Allan to try to solve problems the contractor created. He has been very responsive and accommodating in helping come up with a plan to fortify the piling system that the contractor did improperly. He seems to genuinely care, and for that I am grateful after being mistreated by my contractor.
