Pro Star Restoration, LLC DBA Driveway Restoration

I hired them for a driveway resurfacing and the product that they use is deteriorating the asphalt and pieces of the driveway are now coming off. Prior to this, the driveway was not in this condition, whatever product they used on my driveway caused my driveway to deteriorate which is causing now needing some asphalt repair.

Update 9/28/2021: As promised, Dominick sent his crew back on 9/27/2021 to make the repairs his crew neglected to do the 1st time around. Highly recommend doing business with this company. Honest, responsive and fair pricing. Original Review: Dominick was very prompt and responsive in contacting me with a quotation to resurface/repair a small area of my asphalt driveway and then seal coat the entire driveway. The price quoted was very fair and not expensive at all. His crew came as promised, but neglected to do the repair/resurface and just re-sealed the entire driveway and over the damaged areas. Contacted Dominick that evening and got a fast response with an apology and that his crew was supposed to repair/resurface the damaged areas before re-sealing. He promised that his crew will be back the following week 9/27/2021 to do the repair/resurface. So far my experience with this company has been good and Dominick sounds honest and sincere. I only gave a lower star rating because I am not sure if they will come back to complete the repairs as promised. I will update the star ratings depending on the final outcome.

In my view, not a reliable contractor. I am not impressed with the quality either. I hired them to repair my driveway and 2 months later it is still not finished. I dealt mainly with Dominick who seemed nice but did not follow up with his promises. Perhaps he has some issues with the staff or is just not on top of his game. It is not clear. Looking for another contractor to finish the job. Had to change the rating to one star. Few weeks after Dominick finally finished his job and seal coated the driveway I see multiple tire marks. Not sure if this is the material he used or the technique he applied. He said this was expected in the hot weather. I have not seen these marks previously on my driveway or any of my neighbor9; driveways. If you need pictures of his work, contact Home Advisor and I will provide.

The crew was very patient and courteous. I love my new patio. It's beautiful and all my neighbors agree!

Dominic was responsive, friendly and great to work with. My patio was completed well within the desired timeframe and the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dominic and his team and will call him again for future projects.

Dominick was awesome! Priced fair, went above what we needed and our product came in very very quickly, the whole project was done within a week of our initial meeting. Dominick installed beautiful stone pavers for our sidewalk from the driveway to our front porch. Theyâ re gorgeous! They guys were very clean and pleasant as well. They came back and cleaned up after the job was done and we couldnâ t be happier!

Dominick (the owner) filled in several cracks and pitted areas of my driveway and then sealed the driveway. He did an outstanding job! I feel the price he charged me was very reasonable, the quality of the job was excellent, and he showed up when he said he would. I would not hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend him.

They are easy to work with and the final result was exactly what I wanted.

They did a very nice job for me. I hired them to build a 100 ft concrete walkway from the house to the pool area, and to fix a section of my asphalt driveway in front of the garage. They finished the job quickly and at a reasonable price. The quality of their work is excellent. The boss is great and his guys are polite and professional. Highly recommended! An A+ business in my opinion.
