The shingles arrived the day before the roofing crew and the delivery guy was great about putting them in our driveway out of the way of the supplies that were already there from a drainage project that was on hold till the ground dried out a bit more. The dumpster arrived early in the morning. I am still amazed at how one guy could back that big thing up our very narrow driveway without any assistance and make it look easy!
The roofing crew were here when they said they would be and started bright and early. They did a decent job of covering the lower parts of the house with netting (or something) to keep debris from hitting windows, etc. They worked professionally and, I thought, quickly. I'd say the whole job was (from my point of view at least) uneventful and stress free. Working from home for the day was a bit challenging with all the thumping and banging overhead - but not nearly as bad as I anticipated.
They finished up everything and were down to the final cleanup as the sun started to set. The clean up was pretty good considering the onset of darkness. They came back the next day for another round of clean up to be sure they got all the nails and shingle bits.
The owner came by after that and sent the crew back to get 1 nail left loose on the roof and to re-mount our cable wires that they dislodged (but didn't break) when they stripped part of the roof.
The only thing missing - our old gutter guards got caught up in the roof stripping and were discarded with the debris. Glenn has promised to have one of his crews return to put new gutter guards on for us - and then the job will be an A+ in my book.

The installation of the siding, roofing, etc. went great. The workers did a fantastic job, were extremely neat and cleaned up the entire work area to perfect. I could not be more happy with the outcome of the project. The house looks great!
