- Started by punching some of the holes for the ductwork in the wrong places.
- Delayed the addition/gut renovation project by over a month by not showing up and running the PEX for the radiators.
- Tried to install analog thermostats on a multi zone system that did not work.
- Installed thermostats that did not take advantage of the variable speed air handler.
- Refused to balance the system after installation.
- Did not show up for scheduled appointments and stopped returning phone calls.
