Davids great. He fixed a problem with my doorbell that 3 previous electricians couldn't figure out. It took him about an hour to fix, and I previously paid probably 24 hrs worth of time to other electricians that couldn't fix it!!!! He was very clean, fast, and very nice. He also installed a bathroom light fixture to me. I would definitely use him in the future.

Rob and his son Evan were a great team that worked steadily through the day to finish our job. They had come out a few weeks prior on a Sunday morning when we kept mysteriously losing power. They diagnosed the problem and were able to fix all that we needed. They were both polite and easy to talk to, and did all that they promised to do. They kept at it until all issues were addressed, which is the sign of excellent service! Rob has over forty years of experience so you know he's seen it all, and the business will be in good hands once Even takes over. Thanks guys!

We were pleased by Oz Electric's assessment of our needs.  Mr. Corson (Rob) suggested a very economical solution for replacing under-counter lighting that no longer worked properly.  When he said he would submit a proposal within 24 hours, I was skeptical, but also pleasantly surprised when he emailed the proposal that same evening!  At our request, Rob returned several days later to answer some questions we had regarding the proposal.
The work was done in less than one day.  Rob and his son worked quickly and efficiently.  There was absolutely no mess, and we were surprised at how quickly they completed the job.  We will definitely use Oz Electric again!!

Rob and his wife executed an electrical inspection of my home. Very thorough and helpful. Rob recommended some GFI outlets, a utility closet light, and fire/carbon monoxide alarms. Installation was extremely clean and end result was better than expected. They worked around my schedule, were prompt and worked quickly to comete. Price was great and worth every penny. Highly recommend for any electrical work. Will definitely hire again.

I CONTACTED MR CORSON ABOUT A PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY ELECTRICAL PANEL BOX. EVERY TIME IT RAINED WATER WAS DRIPPING FROM BOTTOM OF PANEL BOX.. MR CORSON'S INSPECTION  PINPOINTED THE PROBLEM..  THE OUTSIDE SERVICE CABLE SHEATHING HAD SPLIT ,FRAYED, LETTING WATER INSIDE THE SERVICE CABLE. THE WATER WAS THEN TRAVELING DOWN THE INSIDE OF SERVICE  CABLE INTO ELECTRICAL PANEL BOX . MR CORSON EMAILED  A PROPOSAL  FOR THE ELECTRICAL REPAIR  WORK .  ON 04/11/2014  MR AND MRS CORSON COMPLETED THE REPAIR . THE REPAIR TOOK APPROXIMATELY 5 HOURS. THEY REPLACED OLD SERVICE CABLE CONNECTORS WITH NEW , REPLACED OLD SERVICE CABLE WITH NEW 200 AMP CABLE, REPLACED OLD METER SOCKET WITH NEW SOCKET AND ADDED NEW GROUND SYSTEM  AS REQUIRED BY CODE. MR AND MRS CORSON  WERE ,POLITE, PROMPT , EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALWAYS KEEPING ME INFORMED AT EACH DIFFERENT STAGE OF  REPAIR.. THEY COMPLETED THEIR WORK ON TIME, JUST AS THEY HAD PROMISED.NO PROBLEMS NO HIDDEN COSTS.  GREAT BUSINESS ,GREAT SERVICE !!!!!  ANY FUTURE ELECTRICAL WORK THEY WILL BE MY FIRST CHOICE.

Rob and Sharon from OZ Electric arrived on date and time scheduled.  Very professional and personable!
Explained what they were going to do in detail.
They inspected the electrical service panel, breakers, all outlets, switches, etc., even the three smoke detectors to ensure all was working properly and met code!

At the end of the inspection they presented me with a written report and explained verbally what they found and repairs that should be made.
They found 2 of the 3 smoke detectors were not working properly. (They recommended replacing all three since they 'talk' to each other and should be the same brand and type)
They found a GFCI outlet on the deck that was not working and a standard outlet on the kitchen island that should be a GFCI type and was not!

I agreed to the price they quoted and they said they had time to do the work immediately since it was not a major project.
They replaced the items mentioned, re-checked and all was good.

Very pleased with the work and professionalism!  I asked for a quote for some additional work i wanted to do later and Rob emailed me a quote within two days.

I will certainly call them back to do the next project!!

DEFINITELY AN "A" TEAM

I requested that they arrive early in the day as I had other commitments to attend to.  They were extremely prompt, explained right away what they would do and how it would work.  They they had me follow them so that they could show me what was in need of repair or adjustment and explained why.  They corrected a few issues while here and promptly sent me an estimate for other items that needed to be worked on.  
They were prompt, professional, friendly and courteous.  I will definitely have them back to work on things in my home.  I will also recommend them to anyone who is in need of an electrician.

Oz Electric came out to view work that we needed done, October 10th, later on that same day, I got the proposal for the work to be done. Work was actually done on November 5th due to my  schedule couldn't do it on the proposed day. Rob had back issues, and the hurricane came through. All these date changes were not the fault of OZ Electric. The proposed work to be done was, to install a 3-way switch for kitchen ceiling light so that we would be able to turn the ceiling fan light on, on either side of the kitchen, (at present this switch controls the outlet). Secure the receptacle in the kitchen. replace squire D type circuite breaker with the proper type of breaker in panel. check the balance load in electrical box. Check for dedicated circuit for A/C window unit to determine if the receptacle was dedicated for the window A/C. The original proposal amount was $475.00 we paid $275.00 the work for the 3-way switch for the kitchen light wasn't done due to the space being to small and fishing the wire down through the ceiling was going to be tight. This didn't bother me at all,  I was fine with it. The other work that was done was done well and it looked good when Rob left. This is a husband and wife team, if I need to have electrical work done I will hire Oz electric. The communication was good, you knew at all times what was going to happened, they were on time, he showed up when he said he was going to show up. I like the fact that they posted all the information that I needed to see on the side of there page on Angie's list such as they were bonded, and insured. Good people, good work!!

This contractor came to me via a referral from Carm Interiors. It is a husband and wife team, who are very nice and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and had him check the ceiling fixture because it was a little loose. He informed me that it wasn't a hazard and gave me the option of not doing anything. Since it was not a safety issue and only aesthetic, I passed on replacing the box, but he did replace 3 GFI outlets, 2 in the kitchen and 1 in a bathroom. Also explained a little about the wiring which was nice to know. A little pricey, but good work and nice people.

Rob and his wife always do an amazing job.  We recommend them to everyone!
