 + -1 moreWhen I was finally contacted I was met with, and quot; Yeah I guess you got my name from Angie's list, what is it you want done?and quot;, she never stated her name or the name of the company/ service (thank you caller ID). I explained that I was looking for a post construction cleaning of my whole house and then bi-monthly cleanings. She explained her pricing, $25pp/hr and and then asked me how long I thought it would take to clean my house and how many people should she send? Isn't that her job? I asked her if she could come out and take a look and give me an estimate and her response was, and quot;Well I would send 4 people and it would probably take 3 hrs so you can figure out the math can't you? Call me if you want your house cleanedand quot; and hung up. I was completely blown away by how unprofessional she was.

 + -1 moreNorma and two other women arrived about fifteen minutes late, but went straight to work. Our house is a three bedrooms, two baths ranch. They used our vacuum cleaner and we provided the granite and laminate wood flooring cleaners. They did a great job. We have arranged for them to come back on a biweekly basis.
Description of Work: General house cleaning included changing of linens on three beds.

 + -1 moreThey came to the rescue on short notice, and dealt with a challenging situation. It took three people four hours of hard work to clean the place - including closets, cabinets, and most notably a blackened range in the kitchen. Of course it helps to be there, to see that everything gets done. They warned me that using oven cleaner would require ventilation at the time and periodically for a day or two after. Prior to arrival of my significant other, everything was spotless!
Description of Work: Move-in cleaning of a 1000 sq ft apt.

 + -1 moreEstimate provided date scheduled then date canceled by provider due to the lack of air conditioning in my home.
Description of Work: Estimate was given start date was decided upon then email sent to me that service was canceled and would not be completed because I did not have air conditioning in my home. A date of service should not have been scheduled until staffing was secured to do the job, most company owners know their staff well enough to be assure you had someone to do the job. Previous providers never scheduled service nor gave an estimate for the work when they were told there was no AC
