Weichert Realtors

I previously was in contact with a Weichert  Realtor agent in Jersey City but she resigned. However, every time I called her it was a hit & miss for about 2 weeks. Finally I advised her that I no longer wanted her services and I started to look on Angie's List for some Realtors.
When I called to Weichert in Tenafly, the agent promptly answered the phone and continued to speak with me with such courtesy that immediately we bonded to where an appointment was made for the next business day.  She promptly arrived with her partner, who is a part of the million dollar club at Weichert, and who also happens to be the Senior partner. 
Since they were not familiar with the area I proceeded to drive them around showing them the advantages of where my house was located and what the benefits would be if they were to sell my home.
After they evaluated my home they advised us what we had to do and they came over to our house to help us complete the task. I have never heard of any agent helping a client PAINT their basement or any other type of hands on functions.  It is unheard of because most realtors are about the money more so than being client friendly.
Overall they are high performers, who get the job done, and don't have a problem with being "hands on" with their clients. I consider them to be the DYNAMIC DUO!!!!!

We didn’t pay her anything because she was our buyer’s agent.  Whatever we paid for the house, a part of it we paid her.  She was great.  She was responsive.  There was nothing particularly bad or good about her.  She knows the local area very well.  We would use her services again in the future.
