Zohar helped me with everything you may think of and took the entire landlord headache off my plate. From pricing discussions to finding the right tenants after creating a deep due-diligence on each of the offers that we've got, to make sure we get the right people in. He even helped me to find a great handyman to help fix the tiny things that the new tenants asked for so we'll be able to price it at the max price and for the longer term.
