Description of Work: They came and picked up the snow thrower the same day I called them. They replaced the auger belt to correct a problem where the machine was not throwing snow very far and was clogging often. They returned the snow thrower the next day. The technician explained that there was a burn mark on the old belt caused when something had gotten stuck in the augers and that had caused the poor snow throwing and frequent clogging. (I then told him that at the end of last season a piece of metal had gotten stuck in the augers and I had noticed smoke coming out of the machine).
