Priscilla sold our house. I am co-owner of a house in Cresskill, New Jersey but live out of state. I found Priscilla?s name through Angie?s List and asked her and two other agents to prepare a presentation for sale of the house. One agent declined, another prepared a very good presentation, but Priscilla?s was outstanding. In the presentation we were provided with listings and photographs of comparable properties. The presentation included flood plain data and maps. It was explained how the house would be marketed; how photographs would be presented; how the house would show up on the company?s website; how business cards with photos and details along with newspaper advertising would increase the likelihood of buyers being aware of the house; how other agents would be made aware of and see the house. Priscilla helped us find an attorney to handle the real estate transaction. She provided us with the names of several appraisers. When we needed to have an underground fuel tank removed she gave us the name of the company we hired. After we signed the contract Priscilla held numerous ?Open House? days. In our absence she made sure the house was treated well and was secure. She kept us informed and up to date through emails and telephone calls. All phone calls to her were either answered or returned promptly. After buyers signed a contract Priscilla arranged for the inspection of the house for a Certificate of Occupancy. Not only did she meet the inspector at the house, she mounted the required smoke/CO detectors and fire extinguishers before he arrived. Priscilla has been a complete professional from the first. I highly recommend her.
