I used them May of this year. It was fine but it was hard to get an appointment with them to get them over here when I needed, that's why I switched. Other than getting the appointment they were fine.

They cleaned the pool and made sure all of the equipment was working properly.
Their knowledge of all systems and equipment are excellent. They were more knowledgeable
than other companies I have used in the past.

Provider arrived quickly, fixed heater, advised us on life of heater. Gave honest opinion and helped us save money by fixing our existing heater instead of suggesting purchasing a new one.

One time when I was home, they did not clean the pool properly because they did not think I was home. I even pay them per visit. I watch them come in, and I watch them leave. I sent them back, and they argued that they cleaned up the pool. They did not brush the pool at all.

They were very good. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were a lot happier with them than we were with a previous service provider we had used.

They fixed everything well and did it in an hour. They had to go back and get a part and they came back pretty quickly and fixed that one after everything was fixed. They were professional and my wife liked them too. They understood the problem and fixed it quickly.

They are very responsive and have come out on weekends and holidays in an emergency. I will gladly use them in the future.
