I dropped my car off for service, and neglected to walk around the car with someone at the dealership before leaving. When I got back there were white scratches all over the bumpers. Their parking lot is very narrow and they have a white painted wall around the corner where they take the cars to be serviced. It was very obvious they skimmed the wall with my car. They denied it and I was stuck with a lease, from them, with scratches I had to fix!!! Not right!

For routine service, no appointment is necessary. They had my car back to me in less then 30 minutes. They have a clean, comfortable waiting room with coffee and tea.
On another occasion, I had some questions about the sound system in my car. One of the service managers saw me immediately and answered all my questions.
This is the second car I have purchased at this dealership. Price was competitive and additional charges (registration, dealer prep, etc. were substantially lower than other dealers in this area. I recommend them highly.

I feel they are absolutely honest. They don't do anything more than they have to do. I think the yare great. Considering I drive 30 minutes to get my car serviced shows how I think of them. Two weeks before we took the car in and put some dye in the fluid that the AC uses to run a test. The reason they did that is they wanted to see if there was a leak. They suggested bringing it back in a week or two which I did. They found out there wasn't anything wrong with the fluid and found there was a leader wire that needed to be replaced. They didn't charge me anything for it because it was under warranty for the car. They could have charged us and I wouldn't have known. That's not the first time they have done that.

Overall, I think the pricing is pretty good. There have been some items where other places have lower pricing. Compared with other places, their prices seem to be okay. The service manager has been very forthcoming. He explains what needs to be done. We haven't had any problems with them, and they have been pretty honest.

They are pretty good. They are punctual and polite. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. I drop my car off and pick it up when it is done. I would recommend them. I will continue to take my car here in the future.
