They lack integrity. I like to purchase Lilly's with an aroma, and they give me flowers with no aroma. I brought them back twice within a year to get them replaced and they never make good on their word. They don't do anything to make good on anything that I have paid for. I will not use them again. I give them an F in everything because if a business doesn't have integrity what does it have?
