Just after buying my house, we had a plumbing leak in the upstairs bathroom. Our insurance company told us we had to have someone come out to do the water / mold check and cleanup, otherwise future issues would not be covered. Servpro was prompt and fast. They cleaned up the water, and dried everything out. The drying equipment was set to be picked up Friday evening, but the owner decided to come and get it first thing Monday morning, as it was not needed over the weekend and it couldn't hurt to have it running for a few more days. He did not charge us for the weekend. I was happy with the service and with his consideration of our financial issues.
Description of Work: Clean and dry our first floor ceiling after a second floor plumbing leak.

Very professional. Not pushy.
Description of Work: I had a consultation to replace flooring that had been improperly installed by another company. Serve-pro was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I did not use Serve Pro was because I decided to move instead.
