REBECCA'S ROLL-OFFS DUMPSTERS NATIONWIDE

I have used this company two times. The first time, everything went according to plan (on-time delivery and on-time pick-up). The second time was a disaster. The dumpster arrived 2 days late. After we were finished with it, we called to have it picked up. I left a message on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and never got a call in return. On Monday I finally spoke with someone (they did not call me, I had to call them) who said it would be picked up on Tuesday. It was finally picked up, after several more phone calls (by me), on Wednesday. The problem is that there are overage charges if you go over certain weight limits, and since the dumpster stayed in our driveway an additional week after I first called to request the pick-up, the workers at our house kept throwing things in, so now I have to dispute the overage weight charges with the company because they didn't return my calls or activate the pick-up for a whole week!
