HOMEPRO INSPECTION INC

HomePro is basically a husband/wife team. Barbara, the wife, subjects you to an intense hard sell over the phone and does not let you go for anything less than 30 minutes. Jabber, jabber, jabber, she doesn't stop hitting you over the head with how much YOU don't know and how much THEY do know, so give up the money, buddy! The inspections are done by her husband (poor guy) and that all went alright, except the hubby had ME taking the notes for HIS inspection report (!). My other complaint is that HomePro is bad on customer follow-up. We didn't yet have a contractor and we asked for one from HomePro, but they never returned our calls and emails about supplying us with the name of a contractor--this was after we'd paid for the inspection. Since we didn't want to hire hubby (for more money) as a liaison between us and the contractors, they had no intention of supplying us with any names of any contractors. They had no more use for us, because they were not getting any more of our money. Barbara, for once, was silent.
