This is a small studio apartment. They told me 2-3 weeks. It's been 13 weeks, and my kitchen is still gutted, and the bathroom is unfinished. They finished maybe 20% of the job, then disappeared. They would simply not show up, and the owner became impossible to reach by phone, text, or email. The owner just told me that he is filing for bankruptcy. They were quick to do the demolition and did just enough work to get the second payment, then only showed up sporadically, missing several days or even weeks at a time. Over the course of the project, they have given me 4 different completion dates, none of which happened, obviously. The quality of the work was pretty sloppy as well. I gave them lists of things I'd like corrected around the painting and tile work, such as paint drips and clumps, filling holes instead of just painting them, painting over making it impossible to use hinges/security chain/fuse box cover, unevenly applied tiles, cracks in the caulking, ceiling fan light missing the globe, etc. Each time they promised to fix it, but did not. They stiffed me for thousands of dollars that I am now stuck trying to recoup.

Our home renovations journal started with a sketch that my wife drew. The plan was to change the floor plan to an open layout, renovate the kitchen, move a bedroom, and move the living room. We recently purchased a house that needed a lot of work. After researching and receiving several quotes from contractors, we chose to use  ER Homes for many of our projects. He walked us through what to expect and was timely in getting the projects completed. Over the course of the projects, we've changed some of our needs a few times and ER Homes was very flexible and transparent on expectations.
