Don…....again did a great job with very reasonable price. He also took the time to explain what might have caused the problem. Don put every effort to come by Friday afternoon to fix the problem before going into weekend. That’s a big deal when especially outdoor temperature was well below freezing point. I definitely recommend Don for any garage door problems. Nothing could replace his outstanding customer service and excellent quality of work.

Don is so pleasant and knowledgeable. He came quickly and we told him what we wanted. Don ordered the door and came back 2 days later to install. Don is punctual and very neat and clean. Extremely happy with our choice.

Fantastic! Don came within hours of our call and fixed the alignment in no time. He recommended installation of safety cables, which we agreed to, and did a complete service. We never knew that door could be so quiet! We had a minor issue late that day...he answered his phone at 6:30pm and walked my husband through a very simple fix. Had we not been so inclined as to try the fix ourselves, he would have come right back. Cannot say enough good things about Don and his service, and I have already recommended him to several friends. Don't hesitate to call him.

Fantastic.  Best contractor I've dealt with to date.  Very friendly, professional and does a top notch job.  I would highly recommend Don as I couldn't have asked for a better job!

Don was very professional and detail oriented.  He did the little things that make him stand out from the competition.

Garage door was hit from inside and left a few wrinkles at bottom three panels which sort of opened up both ends (on side).  One of the rollers came off from its holder while the door was still opening and closing...a bit slower than usual.
Don called back within a couple of hours after my sending a message with photos via Angie's List.  He gave a rough estimate over the phone.  Don arrived within 45 min after our first phone conversation.  He was very prompt and knowledgeable.  He fixed the door and changed not just one roller but two rollers at the bottom.  Don also performed maintenance at no extra cost.  And he replaced the weather seal after he noticed its condition's gone bad.  I know some people charge changing weather strip alone about $50.  Don went extra miles to give helpful advice around the garage.  The garage door is now opening and closing very smoothly and our garage is air tight. He's done excellent job.

I called with a new problem and he was able to trouble shoot and come up with a solution over the phone.

Don is one of the most professional guys out there! He is super responsive, super knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He's been at the door game for ages, knows the local area very well, knows his products and knows what he is talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him highly.

Don is very knowledgeable and an excellent repairman. He calls back promptly and tires to "talk" you through a problem that may be a simple fix. He is honest and NEVER charges for a phone consultation. I would highly recommend him.

Was soo impressed that I finally found a reputable and genuine contractor off of Angieslist. Would definitely recommend him to others.

I was very pleased with Don's service.  He fixed up my garage door and made it safe again.  He was very easy to contact and we set an appointment for the very next day.  He showed up on time and charged a fair price for excellent service.  I couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely be reaching out to him again with any future repairs.  

Came right away, did a temporary fix as to make it safe, then set an appointment to return.  Was prompt thorough and went above and beyond what I expected for a very fair price.  Would and have highly recommended him

Door is working better than when it was installed. I would recomend this provider to fix old garage door in need if springs or repair.

I called Don for an estimate and left a message and he returned the call within the hour. He asked to come by as he was in my area the next day. I was very pleased with his promptness and expertise and I asked him if he could also check both lift systems since they were not serviced in many years. He looked at everything and was very reasonable with his charge. Don owns his own company and did all the work himself. To say he is a perfectionist is an understatement. He knew everything about the system that was originally installed and had excellent suggestions about how to update it especially some safety issues. Don replaced the broken keypad with a much more user friendly model. He also made many repairs and upgrades on the equipment on both garage doors. Everything works perfectly now and the doors are more quiet and safer. He is a really knowledgeable and innovative mechanic and a genuinely nice guy. I would recommend him unconditionally.

Don came in on time to replace two garage door springs, wires and to install bolster brackets for the bottom of the door. As a maintenance service he tighten all the bolts and nuts, oiled the hinges and chains, and checked the opening unit. Overall he made our garage door a brand new unit. Don was professional, personable and honest. I'll definitely ask for his service again for any garage door related issues.

Don came very promptly when we needed a repair on out garage door. He shoe=wed up on time, made the repair and did a total tune-up on the door. All for a very low cost. He is a great guy and we highly recomend him.
