They were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and very nice. They did a great job. They came at a good price. They used superior materials. I can't say enough about them. They were so nice to work with. They were friendly and on time. Afterwards, there was a little problem that I thought I had to do with the roof. Doug Carlsen came out and said that it was not a problem with the roof, but with the downspouts. They fixed the downspouts. They did extra things that he didn't have to do. He went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about them. Before I had the job done, they gave a list of job nearby if I wanted to go and look at them. They were wonderful. I couldn't be more pleased and I would recommend them to anyone. If I needed another roof done, then I would not bother to go anywhere else. I would just go with them. The owner stays in my neighborhood.

Used separate gutter company that works with Carlsen Roofing and even they were as good as him with the gutters as well as the roof.

THEIR PRICES ARE PRETTY GOOD. WE DID HAVE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THEM TRAMPLING OUR YARD AND NOT CLEANING UP EVERYTHING. THEY ARRIVED TWO DAYS LATE TO DO THE JOB BUT THAT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS RAINING. THEY DID EVERYTHING REALLY WELL AND I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THEM.

I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TWICE TO CHECK AND SEE IF THEY WERE COMING. THEY DIDN'T DO SOME THINGS RIGHT. TWO MONTHS LATER THE ROOF LEAKED. THEY CAME BACK TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY, BUT IT WAS ANNOYING HAVING TO CALL THEM BACK.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE DONE QUICKLY AND WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIME THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. THE PRICE WAS ALSO WITHIN THE RANGE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. THEY CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES TOO.
