Went really well. Super punctual. Good price

We had 2 crews show up right before 8am and were ready to get to work they completed the job in under 1 hour cleaned up the site when the y were finished. I would recommend Diego and his crew to everyone. This is the 2nd time we have used him and he is extremely reasonable on the price. The 1st time he came and removed 3 stumps in our backyard and trimmed up a couple of trees. They did a great job

Diego, owner, came to do estimate and made sure workers showed up on time day of the job. Price was very fair. Work took about four hours with two large trucks. Workers were courteous and professional, especially in excessive heat. Completed work exactly as we had discussed. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything before they left. Would recommend to anyone!

They were very responsive, came promptly and performed the work quickly and efficiently. The only issue was that they pulled their rig onto a neighbor's property, which we had asked they not do, but there was no damage to the other property.

Was on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. They are very fast workers.

I used this company because of a recomendation from my mother's landscaper. the owner of the company came over to give me a price for the work. I was clear about what work I wanted to have done. I took the time to clearly tape all the trees to be removed and I am a registered aborist so I knew exactly what I was talking about. The company came to do the work. It was obvious that the person that I met during my initial meeting was not at the job site during the event. it is also obvious that they almost took down my beautiful tulip tree that I clearly indicated was not to be touched. they damaged the bark and it will leave a noticeable scar. The trims on the other trees that were to only have branches removed were sloppy and not per standard pruning practice. The worst offense is they didn't remove over 1/2 of the stumps that were to be removed! they simply covered them with the spread wood chips. I'm assuming they thought I wouldn't notice. I called and called and called for them to come back and complete the work. Finally after giving me a song and dance as to why they couldn't come over to complete the work they showed up. They talked themselves out of grinding the big stump in the back yard. My husband finally just gave up and let them leave the largest stump in place. I am so dissatified with the service, there are so many poor cuts and so much damage to the trees that were intended to remain that I still have regrets about using them. Really cheap price, great first impression but terrible work quality. I would not recommend. Trees are a lifetime investment and to damage ones that are older than we are is just an injustice.

A Cut Above is very prompt and responsive. They always come as agreed and do the work very efficiently. I think their price is especially low for the amount of lawn that we have to mow. The yard always looks beautiful after they've been here.

They were very clean and neat. I was very happy with the results. They were the best price around, they weren't over priced.

THEY WERE FANTASTIC AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. THEY WERE GREAT PEOPLE AND THEY HANDLED OUR PROBLEM WITH GREAT CARE AND CONCERN. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.
