Very professional business, yet also very personable. My house looked great when they were done. I hired them to do a deep cleaning and was so happy with them and their work that I hired them to come back for regular cleaning on a recurring schedule.
Last but certainly not least, Trinity’s is a family owned business! And a very sweet family they are!

When the work was completed on the same day you were upset because you wanted to spend time with me, as I stated to you this is business. On the call, you did not inform me of anything else just that you were busy and unable to rate my business. Karina and Nelson cleaned my house for the first time today. My house is sparkling clean and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that shed. They moved all my Knick knacks when dusting along with dusting the knick knacks. Karina is very nice and easy to talk to. I recommend them highly.

The girl withheld important details... like I had to pay a 'new mop' charge. Is this totally unheard of? Charged me over $25.00 for it. Plus the rate they gave me was unheard of... $60.00 per hour. Then I find grease on kitchen cabinets and under the rim of toilets dirt! I would never recommend them.

"Ms.Debbie, you agreed on the price as it was clear on the phone and in person. As for the apartment, we both walked the house and the places that cleaned, you were very happy with the job. You also stated that you hope the kids don't dirty the place of how shiny/clean and wonderful it smells that you are happy with the service. I also called you to make sure everything was perfect since you needed to return the apartment on Friday. Once the house is cleaned and inspected by you and me if there were anything more than we can do, we will do it. On the call, you did not inform me of anything. We value our customers and we take pride in our work."
