Like I said the only complain we have is the price compare to what you see in other things right now, only reason we don't change is the quality of, yeah it might be cheaper but it's the quality.

Sometimes they are great. They have their problems and issues every now and then. Sometimes I lose service and they don't know why. To do a better job they could keep the phones and the internet running because I have had them go down for no apparent reason. Slow customer service is a problem. It takes forever to get through to them. You get put on hold and then you have to press this button and that button. I think it is just ridiculous. Their pricing was good. The quality of the product is great. Fios is great.

I think they need to lower the price and I don't know if they have any control over but I'm on the countryside so whenever there's a little snow or a heavy rain that causes the TV interruption.

I do like Verizon. I like it because of the wireless, not for the cell phone service but the wireless service, the wireless is okay. I use a lot of data. It is pretty cheap. The reason I got Verizon is because they have got the best reception in the area.
