The overall experience was good. They were fast and efficient. They are a good company, did a good job and it is conveniently located. The price was average. I would use them again.

They took parts of the tree out very carefully and 6 months later I could see that the tree had straightened out. I think he is a very good arborist because he definitely knows what he is doing, but he has become very busy.

They came within a couple of days and they were quick. I thought that they were a little costly considering the tree was already down and not very big. I would probably use them again because they are local.

We have a large property with many trees along our power line, and one particularly large tree that shades our house that was damaged by a house fire. It took a couple of calls to get a call back, but this was soon after a bad storm with lots of trees in the area damaged, and the owner was very busy. He was out to our property very promptly, and explained to us that the fire did not damage the tree us much as we thought and it didn't need as much work as we were asking for. He was great about billing us separately for work that did not involve the fire damage (trimming along the power line), and since we use firewood, agreed to cut and leave us the wood that we could use. He is a bit more expensive than other tree cutting services I've used, but he is very knowledgeable and professional and honest.

His team of 3 knocked out the work very quickly, and cleaned up the work site well. You couldn't even tell they had been there. Paul stopped by to check on things, which I appreciated. Tree Awareness gave the neighbor their business card.
