Pride Custom Concrete

We hired Pride in 2020 for a patio, steps & sidewalk. After the work was complete Lou pointed out a crack in the sidewalk. He said he would be cack to fix it when he comes back to do work for my next door neighbor in a couple weeks. Well they came and did the work for my neighbor and after asking about the crack Lou said "I'll be back to fix it" and never showed up. We tried calling numerous of times, emailing and was told "Lou is a man of his word". He never showed up and now there's even more cracks. If I could give no stars I would. Do not use this company.

Lou and his employees did a wonderful job it turned out great and he was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. Service was great, very prompt, performed his job in a professional manner. It took them approx. a week to complete the project which including ripping out and replacing 200 ft. of sidewalk and curb. Thank you Lou for everything you have done we cannot wait to have you work on another project.

The job came out awesome. The biggest thing for me was cleaning up at the end of the day and day after day the yard was cleaner then the day before. Great price, beautiful job I would use them again 100%.

I was hesitant to leave the house during storm rains due to my sump pump not working. Lou was able to alleviate all the stress of having to rely on my sump pump. He is wonderful. All of his workers are very courteous. There was a small problem with my neighbor and he was able to handle her with ease. They were on time, considerate, and worked late to finish the job on time before I left for my trip to India. I would highly recommend him to others. He does fantastic work.

Very poorly.

I paid a little extra because he knew he was going to do super work.
