JPR came out twice for our broken A/C. He was the most reasonably priced and he did a great job. He found what was wrong and we haven't had a problem since then. He was on time, courteous and he explained everything to us throughout the project. We plan on using him again when it gets colder to check on our heater.

Jim came out to our home the day we called with a problem with our heater. He determined the cause of the problem and set out to get a replacement induced draft fan and motor. He came back the next morning, replaced the defective parts and restored the heater.
In the process he also filed (on our behalf and on his own) the necessary paper work with the heater manufacturer so it was possible to obtain the new parts under warranty so that we only needed to pay for his labor.
Jim was very prompt and professional in his manner and his work. he made us feel we were valued customers and we would not hesitate to recommend him for HVAC repairs.
