Glennco was one of the few contractors that would take allow us to purchase our own fixtures and tile. They were courteous and respectful and the end result is beautiful. Mike was open to working with our rough/hand-drawn bathroom plans and willing to move pipes, the toilet and add more complicated electrical equipment such as a lighted/heated medicine cabinet, behind cabinet outlets and pendant lights. He worked with us on a solution for an open concept shower to maximize the small space. We had one issue with the placement of one of the pendant lights but Mike and his team came back out to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend their services for residential, but also commercial renovations since they are efficient at demo, drywall, electrical and plumbing.
