He drops his price just under the price of another vendor so that we can keep the contract. They are cost effective and they are very responsive. You give them a call and they are here within a couple of hours. They are able to do other work besides landscaping. They do minor work on the building for us. They respond to plumbing issues and the tenants really like them. They have a good rapport with the tenants, just good friends. They are one of those companies that you would keep going back to because they always give you the work that you desire at a good price. They will respond in few hours. They keep our tenants happy which in turn keeps us happy. I would use their services again in the future.
