The company came when they were supposed to and the two men who came were friendly. That is the last good thing I can say. I was home with two young children and having a pool is new for us, so I did not know much about what they were doing and could not give them my undivided attention to make sure that the work was actually being done. In the next two days, we realized that they had not turned on the clorinator, had not turned on the gas line for the heater, had not checked and fixed the timers that turned on the pool pump, and had not cleaned and checked the filter. In fact, I asked if the filter should be checked and they said no. It was so dirty that we could literally see dirt coming back into the pool as we vacuumed it. If we hadn't figured out everything they missed, the pool would have been unusable. As it is, we spent almost $300 dollars to have them essentially take off the cover...we did the rest. The most frustrating thing is that we've tried to call them 3 or 4 times since then and gotten no response. We left at least 2 voice mail messages and at least one detailed message with a human. Not only was the "work" minimal and incompetent, but the lack of response to our completely appropriate messages is unprofessional. So, they lost us as a customer...including future openings and closings, as well as the other work we wanted done. Which, by the way, we never got called back about, either.
