Fast and quick service at a great price

Harold responded quickly and did an excellent work in replacing our faucet. I highly recommend him. My mistake I had given 3 stars but it should be 5 stars.

I was happy he called me immediately. However, he tried to fix my toilet tank flapper with a used part. After this didn't work, he had to replace it with a new part. He was very upset he had to do this. I was amazed he would show me and try to replace the my worn out toilet flapper with his used flapper. Then he was supposed to fix my leaky faucet and couldn't because he didn't have the right tools. On top of that, he damaged the hot water knob of the faucet by trying to pry open it with a metal wrench. Put a deep scratch on the knob. Never even bothered to fix it. I don't think he should be on your list of recommended plumber.

I had a very complicated situation with clogged kitchen sink. Harold came last night and diagnosed the problem right away. He couldnâ t fix the problem from the kitchen sink so he accessed and attacked the problem from clean out pipe. He worked very hard to make sure all the dirt was removed. What a great specialist !!! Harold fixed the problem for very reasonable price! I highly recommend him for any plumbing repair! Thank you Harold !

Harold did an excellent job. He even cleaned up an area a previous plumber left undone. He fixed my pedestal sink that was leaking and connected it to the wall. He worked neatly and quickly. I would definitely use him again.
