He was very understanding and went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly.

He came out to fix my flapper and did something to my toilet that made me have to call him back. My little job has now turned in to a major job that will cost me much more than I originally should have had to pay. He continues to make excuses. I feel like he didn't give me a new flapper; he just got one used from his truck. My toilet used to flush normally. Now it just swirls around and won't flush at all and he continues to blame me for the problem. He is way overpriced.
