 + -1 moreArrived right on time and put his own mat down outside the house to wipe his feet and then put shoe booties on before entering the house as well as gloves. He worked quickly and cleanly, no mess at all. Very professional and friendly and showed my husband everything we had questions and concerns about. Even drew him a diagram of which direction to put the air filters in. Explained their service partner program which we purchased, seemed like a no-brainer, especially for first time home buyers and it is only for 1 year so you are not locked in for too long. NO pressure to sign up at all though. Explained everything on the bill and after he left, there was not a speck of dirt anywhere! Pleasant experience working with this company and they delivered what they promised.
Description of Work: Just bought our first home and wanted to have the heating system inspected and cleaned, if necessary, before the winter season. Just as Adrienne indicated on the phone, the tech inspected every nook and cranny of our gas heating system, tested it to make sure it ran and warmed the house and let us know we did not need to have it cleaned, that it had been cleaned recently. It did need a new thermal coupler, which the inspector who did our home inspection, had indicated in his report as well. The have upfront pricing so he showed me the cost of that right in his book and had the part on his truck so he fixed it that day. We paid a $75 dispatch fee for him to come out and inspect the system and about $44 for the thermal coupler.
