Arrived right on time and put his own mat down outside the house to wipe his feet and then put shoe booties on before entering the house as well as gloves. He worked quickly and cleanly, no mess at all. Very professional and friendly and showed my husband everything we had questions and concerns about. Even drew him a diagram of which direction to put the air filters in. Explained their service partner program which we purchased, seemed like a no-brainer, especially for first time home buyers and it is only for 1 year so you are not locked in for too long. NO pressure to sign up at all though. Explained everything on the bill and after he left, there was not a speck of dirt anywhere! Pleasant experience working with this company and they delivered what they promised.
